A . Gallery is the natural extension of Avenue Design Studio’s evolving design vision, a space dedicated to the dialogue between interiors, objects, art, and craftsmanship.
Housed within the studio’s newly restored headquarters on Javastraat in The Hague, the gallery occupies a landmark building rich in history and architectural character. Conceived as both showroom and gallery, the space reflects A V E N U E ’s approach to layered, deeply personal interiors, where contemporary living is shaped through texture, narrative, and timeless design.
Bathed in natural light, A . Gallery presents an evolving collection of art, furniture, ceramics, textiles, and objects spanning multiple design eras, alongside original furniture prototypes developed by the studio. Rooted in a shared appreciation for the handmade, the tactile, and the quietly functional, each piece has been selected for its ability to bring warmth, depth, and emotional resonance to a space.
More than a gallery, it is a living expression of the A V E N U E philosophy, an immersive environment where collected objects, materials, and interiors exist in conversation with one another.

A . GALLERY is open weekdays 10:00 - 17:00, and by appointment. The gallery also has its own Instagram page where many pieces are highlighted and available for purchase via direct message.

Parking: There is paid parking in the neighbourhood, either on Balistraat or Koninginnegracht. Both are a short stroll from the gallery on Javastraat.
ART CURATION, ADVISORY AND COMMISSIONS
Art and objects are a part of the Avenue DNA. No home is complete with pieces that evoke emotion, energy, elevate your spaces and are an extension of who you are as individuals. Over the years we have built up valued relationships with a wonderful network of artists and artisans, whose collections are at the tips of our fingers, and who are always open to creating something special for one of our projects. We also work with skilled framers who can create bespoke frames that really bring your pieces to life. Should you be looking to build an art collection at home or for one of your projects, we would be happy to advise you and help to curate a collection of art, whether it be one piece or multiple pieces. SHOWROOM
A . Gallery also serves as a showroom for a curated selection of design brands that share our appreciation for timeless aesthetics, quality craftsmanship and considered living. Featuring collections from Fronteriors, Corston, Reform and Rachel Donath, the space provides an opportunity to experience furniture, hardware, joinery and materials firsthand, thoughtfully integrated within the gallery's evolving interior landscape

PROP HIRE
We offer an extensive collection of artworks and objects that are available for prop hire for photo shoots and productions. You can hire our artworks for one day to extended periods. Please contact us with a project brief or to schedule a viewing.
